ME: The very last events to take place on Earth, as foretold in the Bible, are happening with markedly increasing rapidity. The coming of Pope Francis to speak to the United States joint session of Congress is not only historic, but Biblically prophetic- a development of the union of two “beasts” [kingdoms, as defined in the Bible, Daniel chapter 7] of Revelation 13. There is nothing in the Bible that describes Sunday as being sacred or pleasing to Jesus. In fact, it is only the seventh-day Sabbath that the Bible says Jesus created, created for man, is Lord of, was kept by Him as holy, is one of the immutable and eternal Ten Commandments, and the only day of the week He expects all who claim Him as Lord, to remember and keep holy. In these very last days Satan will use a religious system, a counterfeit Christianity, a conglomeration of Protestant churches reunited with the Church of Rome and under its leadership, to deceive the world and compel all to comply with its mandates in order to manipulate worship away from Jesus and unto himself. It is this system that God calls “Babylon”. It is this system that God calls “fallen, fallen”. It is this system in which the “mark of the beast [i.e. mark of this kingdom] will be formed. It is this system which will use beautiful lies and supernatural wonders to deceive “even the elect, if that were possible”. It is this system which will persecute those who “keep the commandments of God and faith of Jesus” (Rev 14:12), who reject Sunday sacredness and keep the Sabbath no matter the cost. It is this system which will be destroyed by Jesus when He finally descends back to Earth. It is this system that is forming right before your and my eyes…
