YOU AND THE SEVEN LEVELS
How do YOU, as a Christian, decide what is right and wrong, for yourself and others? Apparently, it depends in large part on your level of moral decision-making maturation, no matter how much you study the Bible.
It is my opinion that one main reason so many people do not see Jesus in so many Christians is because the level of moral decision-making of too many Christians is of the levels 1-4, as described by Dr. Jennings. If most Christians would view right and wrong more maturely (according to how maturity is described here), more non-Christians would see Jesus in Christians and, perhaps, want to know Jesus through His Word and have an intimate, redeeming and personal “walk” with Him. The ideal level of moral decision-making for all is, as intimated in this lecture, to be a “friend of God”. Very thought-provoking lecture…
