Do Catholics Worship Mary?
While catholics claim they do not worship Mary, and claim they don’t pray to her, I will show they most certainly do both.
Their claim about prayer is that they are having Mary “relay” their prayers. They always use the same line “do you ask others to pray for you?”. Well, yea, but not dead people….
To know the truth there is only one place you can go to find it, the Bible. Nowhere in the Bible does it say Mary did not die. Nowhere does the Bible claim that Mary was sinless and nowhere does the Bible say she ascended to heaven.
What really brought me to write this is when I seen this:
Consecration to Mary:
My Queen and my Mother,
I give myself entirely to you;
and to show my devotion to you,
I consecrate to you this day my eyes,
my ears, my mouth, my heart,
my whole being without reserve.
Wherefore, good Mother,
as I am your own,
keep me, guard me,
as your property and possession.
Amen.
The source is the catholic web site here
“I give myself entirely to you”
“as I am your own”
“as your property and possession”
By following this, there is nothing left for God. This is clearly worshiping.
