By now everyone should have heard about the letter that was sent to all public schools from the white house about “gender identity”, a term that will never have meaning to me, there is no “gender identity”, only “gender”! I can’t begin to express how important this is.

I have taken the highlights of the letter to show what it really means, because the news is making light of it and most people have not actually read it in its entirety. So, what is this all about?

It starts out soft enough, stating that the government is not making any new laws. This is what the news keeps emphasizing, no new laws:

ED and DOJ (the Departments) have determined that this letter is significant guidance. This guidance does not add requirements to applicable law, but provides information and examples to inform recipients about how the Departments evaluate whether covered entities are complying with their legal obligations.

“Significant guidance”, that term is stronger than it sounds, because it’s actually determining how the current law is to be taken. We’ll see this a little later.

Okay, now what is the reason this is happening? Here’s the lie they give:

In recent years, we have received an increasing number of questions from parents, teachers, principals, and school superintendents about civil rights protections for transgender students.

What increase? A Google search reveals this: The most frequently cited estimate is that 700,000 people in the United States, or about 0.2 to 0.3 percent of the population, are transgender. So, how many letters? I’m sure with only 0.3% of the population, most letters they are talking about just must be against this issue.

Okay, so no new laws are being made, then what is the big deal?

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) and its implementing regulations prohibit sex discrimination in educational programs and activities operated by recipients of Federal financial assistance.

Okay, we’ve known about this law, we can’t discriminate based on gender, nothing new here.

This prohibition encompasses discrimination based on a student’s gender identity, including discrimination based on a student’s transgender status.

There we have it, they added the word “identity”, no new law, they just changed the current laws, but doesn’t that make it “new”? Is that legal?

“Gender identity” refers to an individual’s internal sense of gender. A person’s gender identity may be different from or the same as the person’s sex assigned at birth.

There is no such thing as “internal sense of gender”. “Gender identity?, that’s made that up, there is no such thing, only gender.

But there is more, there are 3 classifications, 2 are perversions they are making normal, besides “gender identity”, there are these:

“Sex assigned” at birth refers to the sex designation recorded on an infant’s birth certificate should such a record be provided at birth.

“Transgender” describes those individuals whose gender identity is different from the sex they were assigned at birth. A transgender male is someone who identifies as male but was assigned the sex of female at birth; a transgender female is someone who identifies as female but was assigned the sex of male at birth.

Then there is this absolutely insane term:

“Gender transition” refers to the process in which transgender individuals begin asserting the sex that corresponds to their gender identity instead of the sex they were assigned at birth. During gender transition, individuals begin to live and identify as the sex consistent with their gender identity and may dress differently, adopt a new name, and use pronouns consistent with their gender identity. Transgender individuals may undergo gender transition at any stage of their lives, and gender transition can happen swiftly or over a long duration of time.

Wow, so obama was right when he said we are no longer a Christian nation, because you can’t disrespect God more than telling him he made all these mistakes with peoples genders. Do you understand the gravity of this? I mean, we are telling God, he doesn’t know what he’s doing, when God makes a boy, we can say he messed up and it’s really a girl, or visa versa. If you know your Bible, you’ve seen what happens to nations that go against God, and this is what we’ve done as a nation, it’s time to be scared.

The Departments treat a student’s gender identity as the student’s sex for purposes of Title IX and its implementing regulations.

Okay, this makes it clearer.

Under Title IX, there is no medical diagnosis or treatment requirement that students must meet as a prerequisite to being treated consistent with their gender identity.

Because transgender students often are unable to obtain identification documents that reflect their gender identity requiring students to produce such identification documents in order to treat them consistent with their gender identity may violate Title IX

So you don’t have to prove your sex! Wow, a high school boys dream! Why? Because if you read this, they cannot stop you from going into the girls locker room. I was a teenage boy once, with hormones raging. I know very well what I would do, I would fake being transgender. But at the same time, I would call myself a lesbian. So, I’m a guy, who thinks he’s a girl, who’s still attracted to girls. This way, if I get aroused in the girls locker room as I’m in the shower with the girls, I can just explain it away as my being a lesbian. Thank God I’m 53 now, that temptation would just be too much at that age.

So what is the penalty if we don’t follow this unconstitutional, un-Godly perverted mandate from the traitors that lead this country:

As a condition of receiving Federal funds, a school agrees that it will not exclude, separate, deny benefits to, or otherwise treat differently on the basis of sex any person in its educational programs or activities unless expressly authorized to do so under Title IX or its implementing regulations.

Oh, okay, blackmail, if a school wants to follow God, they lose their federal money. I thought blackmail was illegal…

Let’s see how specific this is, could a teenage boy really do what I just said I would if I was a teen?

Title IX’s implementing regulations permit a school to provide sex-segregated restrooms, locker rooms, shower facilities, housing, and athletic teams, as well as single-sex classes under certain circumstances. When a school provides sex-segregated activities and facilities, transgender students must be allowed to participate in such activities and access such facilities consistent with their gender identity.

There is that word again, the one they added that was never even considered when this country was a moral place “identity”. So if you are a teenage boy and want to go into the girls locker room, they must be allowed to.

But it gets even more specific:

Restrooms and Locker Rooms. A school may provide separate facilities on the basis of sex, but must allow transgender students access to such facilities consistent with their gender identity.

So there is the meat of it all. God is so foolish he doesn’t even know how to make male and female anymore so we have to correct him. This is going to have dire consequences for our country.
